Join me once a month for an hour of meditation and teaching about Love. We will begin each session with a guided meditation which will connect you to your higher self, ridding you of earthly thought bringing peace to the soul. We will then share in discussion about Higher Power, God, Buddha, nothingness(whatever name you give it). Training how to love without expectation by beginning with loving yourself! I promise you a journey into the light and out of the darkness as we work side by side for our highest good, Love.
