What is a Trio Session

Vibrational Sound Therapy, Reiki and Biofield tuning have been combined to give you one powerhouse of a healing session! Our Practitioner uses these three different modalities to help speed along your healing and relaxation. These therapies work together to clear your energy pathways and allow your body to heal more quickly. As you lay back and relax, our certified practitioner will guide the energy of these modalities to address the concerns you have with body, mind and spirit.

Therapeutic singing bowls are used on and around your body. Powerful vibrations and tones will work with your body’s own cells to help them communicate with each other in a way that is healthy for you. Taking you into an Alpha state to allow your body to heal naturally.

Adding Reiki energy to come in and release blocks and wounds that have been placed over time.

Biofield tuning is a unique energy medicine that also uses sound waves with tuning fork vibrations. Working within the magnetic field in and around your body.

What is a Sound Bath?

What is a sound bath?  A sound bath is a meditative experience where you will be bathed in sound waves, helping your body to reduce stress, relax, remove blocks, lessen physical pain and assist in your healing journey. Our sound healing practitioner will submerge a group of up to 8 people in healing sound waves created by various sources such as the gong, singing bowls, percussion instruments, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and maybe even a few rolling “oms”.  

Sound therapy is very much rooted in science and is based on principles of sacred geometry and quantum physics.  There have been hundreds of clinical trials and peer review papers on the benefits of sound healing.  Western medicine has been using sound technology via ultrasounds for decades.

This guided experience lasts approximately 60 minutes
